I personally do it once a year but feel free to do it as often as you need, since it’s a great way to evaluate your life and get back on the right track when you feel a bit lost. What you can do is repeat this exercise once in a while. You just make it, you figure out what your next steps are, and you’re done. This exercise is a one-time evaluation, meaning that you don’t do anything else with this scale. I always recommend starting with 3 goals for each area you decide to work on. It’s important though that you realize it’s not an easy task to have everything at ten, so maybe just getting it one level up is a good enough idea to start with.īut now that you have a good image of what your improved life looks like, it’s time to set your goals.
